• Brake Pedal Monitoring for Security
  If the brake pedal is stepped on before the ignition is turned on, the remote starter will shut down.
   
• OEM Open Hood Monitoring for Safety
  The remote start will not activate when the vehicle's hood is open and will immediately shut down if the hood is opened or if the vehicle's OEM hood pin switch is defective or not equipped.
   
• Meets all Ford OEM Safety Standards
  The remote start system will not work in the following conditions: The ignition is on. The OEM alarm system is triggered. The doors are open. The transmission is not in Park (P). The vehicle battery voltage is too low. The service engine light is on. The low charge light is on. Consult your Ford vehicle's owner's/operators manual for complete details.

  There are limits of only 1 or 2 remote starts before needing to normally starting the vehicle to allow additional remote starts (amounts vary from model to model)
